Positive: The place was clean and cozy with a good laundry setup
Negative: The bed wasn’t that comfortable, which was fine. What wasn’t fine, was the fact that after I had extended my stay for one night, I was locked out because the entry code had been remotely changed. Even after contacting the manager the previous day to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue. Let me be clear, after 11am(checkout time) the old code couldn’t be used but the new code didn’t take effect until 3pm(check-in time), so even though I had paid and contacted manager previously, I was locked out for 4 hours with all my things locked in. The manager’s contact phone number listed was out of service or disconnected, confirmed by me and by booking.com customer service. The email contact worked but was only responded to hours later after 3pm check-in time. The overall is that the property itself is not bad, the management however couldn’t be bothered or even contacted in a reasonable time, or bother tweaking details of their automated service even when contacted in advance.
